While on a short business trip to Port Elizabeth I slipped on a staircase at one of my meetings and was referred to Grundling Ortho Care for medical attention. Luckily I did not hurt anything serious, but it could have been a lot worse if I did not get the amazing care and attention from the medical staff there. Thank you very much for seeing me without an appointment and for the amazing treatment I was given.

"This is just a short testimony to show my appreciation and joy to society with the way and manner Andre Grundling treat the needy. I have met him 8 years ago and in time of need and difficulties with my crutches, calliper or wheelchair or just some advice you were never too busy to help.

Andre is the kind of person that will go out of his way for his patients and make sure that he's got in mind to help his fellow man in life to make them more capable to face the world out there with their disability or physical condition.

Andre has made it possible for me and many others to face our daily needs with our disabilities.

More About Our Compression Socks

Our range of FITLEGS™ Everyday and FITLEGS™ Sports socks have been designed with clinically proven graduated compression, and the finest materials to provide you with the ultimate care and protection.

Graduated compression helps to improve the circulation of blood in the legs, with the highest level of compression at the ankles – decreasing upwards towards the knee. This pushes the blood back up the legs and towards the heart, lowering your risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis and making your legs feel fit and healthy.

FITLEGS™ are right for any occasion, so grab a pair and see what compression can do for you!

How Does A Compression Sock Work?

Compression stockings are specially designed to apply pressure to your lower legs, helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling.

Do Compression Socks Help With Shin Splints?

Are compression socks or sleeves good for shin splints, calf cramps/strains, and Achilles tendonitis? The answer is yes, however, they will not cure any condition if the only thing you are doing to help your injury is wear compression.

Please find more information in the documents section below!

IMPORTANT: All injuries should be assessed so that the real cause can be addressed.
